Luxurious Amenities and Impeccable Service From exclusive room advantages to perfect location, this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the bar/ lounge area provided delicious packed lunches and special diet menus. I especially enjoyed their private facilities, which gave me the privacy and comfort I needed. the service was impeccable, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the massage I received was the perfect way to unwind.

Lack of Information the only minor issue I experienced was the lack of information about the in-room breakfast. the steam room and sauna were available, but I was not sure if I could order breakfast in my room.

We stayed at Hilton for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the train station, Dom, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the kettle, instant coffee and tea, hairdryer, and iron. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice touch with cold towels and water bottles in the lobby. a highly recommended hotel.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the convenient location near transportation stations, making it easy to explore the city, and the free shuttle service to the airport, which saved us time and hassle. the hotel was linked to the airport by an overhead tube system, allowing us to walk there effortlessly.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the famous cathedral and the train station. Being able to easily explore the markets and shops was a major plus. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful suggestions on places to visit and dine at.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by a few issues. the room was uncomfortably hot and there were no bedsheets available, just a heavy quilt.

The complimentary room upgrade and personalized welcome amenities made our anniversary stay at the Hilton extra special. The central location and excellent service also exceeded our expectations. we recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

The breakfast cost was too expensive, and there was no discount for Hilton Honors or military members.

The convenience of being one stop away from the Trade Center on the S-Bahn, as well as close to all the Christmas Markets, is unparalleled. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with activities such as the Ice Bar being a nice touch. The service is top-notch, and the breakfast is a wonderful experience.

Although the gym is great, the Wi-Fi only being available in the reception area feels a bit outdated.
